William Craig

Bill Craig of RR#2 Blyth passed away at Braemar Nursing Home on Friday, June 3rd, 2011. Born in Blyth on March 24th, 1924, Bill was in his 88th year Bill was the beloved husband of Isabelle (Clark). Dear father of Ross and Stephanie Craig of North Bay, Murray Craig of Port Sydney, Roger and Connie Craig of Nepean and Mary Craig of North Bay. Dear grandfather of Bruce and Sheona, Heather, Ian, Nicole, Melissa and Melanie. Loving great grandfather to Arden, Camden, Cierra, Kevin and Lane. Also loved by his sister Olive Faitz of Stoney Creek and his many family and friends. Predeceased by his daughter Nancy, his granddaughter Elyssa, his brothers Harvey, Gordon, and Ed, and his sisters Ada Craig, Velma Cook, Annie White, Roberta Simpson and Mary Craig. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Monday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, June 7th at 2:00 PM officiated by Mr. Don Vair. An Independent Order of Foresters Service under the auspices of the Kinburn chapter will take place at the funeral home Monday at 6:45 PM. Burial In Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Melville Presbyterian Church.
