Lyle Brothers

Lyle Wesley Brothers of Brussels, passed away at Stratford General Hospital on Saturday, January 13, 2007. Born in Palmerston on July 19, 1918, Lyle was in his 89th year. Lyle will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Alice Marie (Pope) Brothers and his daughter Nancy Brothers and husband David Doyle of Stratford. Also loved by his grandchildren Geoff and Corinne, Simon and Jen, and Brianne and great grandson Myles. Predeceased by his daughters Darlene and Delores. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family 1 hour prior to a Legion Service, under the auspices of Brussels Legion Branch 218 RCL, on Tuesday, January 16 at 2:00 PM from Brussels United Church which will be immediately followed by the Celebration of Lyle's life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
