Kenneth Barbour

Kenneth E. Barbour of Brussels passed away at Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, February 10th, 2006. Born in West Wawanosh Township on May 31st, 1928, Ken was in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Laura (McBurney) Barbour. Dear father of Gary Barbour and his wife Gundi of Glen Allen, Gail Barbour of London, Catherine Napier and her husband Steve of Atlanta, Georgia, Laureen Barbour of Kitchener and Marc Barbour and his wife Tricia of Brussels. Dear brother of Helen Errington and her husband Harold of Lucknow, Isabel Young and her husband Earl of East Wawanosh, Phyllis Holmes of London and Allan Barbour and his wife Betty of Listowel. Also loved by his 7 grandchildren; Nick and Cheryl Barbour, Lauren, Olivia, Erin, Jonathon, Allyson, and Colin. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to an Oddfellows Service, under the auspices of Western Star Lodge No. 149, I.O.O.F, at Brussels United Church on Monday, February 13th at 2:00 PM to be followed by the Celebration of the Life of Ken with Mrs. Sandra Cable officiating In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brussels United Church or to the Seaforth Community Hospital.
