Passed away peacefully at Alexandra & Marine General Hospital in Goderich on August 15th in his 73rd year.
Survived by great aunt Anna Sterling and many cousins.
Missed by many friends and neighbours.
Specially missed by his cat Humphrey.
John was a proud postmaster in Clinton for 33 years. He was very kind, always had a smile on his face and was very willing to help his friends and neighbours.
Friends and family will be received at Riverside Funeral Home Blyth Chapel (407 Queen St. Blyth) on Saturday, August 19th for visitation from 11am-1pm followed by a graveside service at the Clinton Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to Adopt-A-Pet Rescue Lucknow would be appreciated.
