Irene Hayden

At Grand River Hospital on Friday, November 11, 2005, Irene (Pennington) Hayden of Listowel passed away in her 69th year. Irene was the beloved wife of the late George Hayden (1985) and dear mother of Glen Hayden and his wife Charlene of Listowel, Carl Hayden of Toronto, Fraser Hayden and his wife Melody of RR#2 Gorrie and Earl Hayden and his wife Rachel of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Dear sister of Edith Schmidt of Wingham, Everett Pennington and his wife Kathleen of Teeswater, Roy Pennington and his wife Betty of RR#2 Wingham and Ray Pennington and his wife Donna of Walkerton. Also loved by her 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother George and parents J. Carl and Vera Pennington. At Irene�s request there will be no funeral home visitation. The funeral service will be conducted from Trinity Lutheran Church, Kurtzville, on Tuesday, November 15 at 2:00 and followed by a time of fellowship after the service. A private family interment will follow later in the day. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
