Harold McCallum

Harold Noble McCallum of RR#1 Walton, passed away on Tuesday, November 29th, 2011 at Seaforth Community Hospital. Born in McKillop Township on February 9th, 1931, Harold was in his 81st year. Beloved husband of 59 and a half years to Pearl (Regele) McCallum. Dear father of Paul and Dianne McCallum of RR#4 Walton, Ron and Betty McCallum of RR#1 Walton, Marion McCallum and friend Merv Soleski of Stratford, Joyce Hartman of RR#1 Bayfield and Carl and Tabb McCallum of RR#4 Walton. Dear brother of Russel and Lorna McCallum of Mitchell, Viola Glanville of Seaforth, and Donna and Roy Patzer of Surrey, BC. Also loved by his in laws Joan McCallum of Seaforth, Shirley Preszcator of Exeter and Lloyd and Shirley Regele of Princton, his 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Noble and Dorothea, his father and mother in law Ed and Idella Regele, his son in law Wayne Hartman, his brothers Archie, Art, George and Joyce, his sister Winnie and Johnny Glanville, and his brothers in law Fred, Frank and Stan. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Thursday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 2nd at 2:00 PM officiated by Rev. Dr. Peter Kugba-Nyanbe. Burial in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or Walton United Church.
