George Gill of Ethel passed away surrounded by family on Monday, February 27th, 2017 at Huronlea Home for the Aged in Brussels. Born in Ethel on January 2nd, 1936, George was in his 82nd year.
George was the beloved husband of the late Eileen Wood (December 29th, 2010). Dear step father of Melinda Wood of Toronto, Dan and Lisa Woods of Owen Sound, and Daren and Natasha Wood of Teeswater. Dear brother of Jean Gill and Isabel Dietrich (Gary Larson) all of Listowel. Also missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Mildred.
A Service of Remembrance for George will take place this spring.
