Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 6th, 2024, at Listowel Memorial Hospital in his 49th year.

Loving husband to Ellen (Windsor) for 21 years.

Proud dad to Benjamin.

Son to Yvonne.

Son to Gary.

Brother to Melissa (Bryan) Stiefel.

Grandson to Oma Elizabeth.

Survived by father-in-law Kathy & Bill Windsor and brother-in-law Martin Windsor.

Special brother to Charles & Tina Fisher and family, Corey & Elissa Chevrier and goddaughter Madison.

Missed by good friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Predecease by Opa Abel and Grandmother Marnie.

Eric was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to entertain at his lakeside home in New Brunswick, enjoyed the outdoors and especially liked to snowmobile.

Eric retired as a warrant officer after 20 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces. Eric served on two tours to Afghanistan and one tour to Kuwait. His job took him all over Canada and he was able to see the beauty of Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario.

Eric saw beauty in everything and was grateful for his time with us. He will be remembered for his humour and his knowing smile.

Cremation has taken place.

A private ceremony will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to Veterans Emergency Transition Services or Wounded Warriors Canada would be appreciated.
