Eluned McNair

Eluned (Williams) McNair of Brussels passed away peacefully with family at her side on Friday, June 20th, 2014 at Huronlea Home for the Aged. Born in Bettws, Wales on June 25th, 1914, Eluned was in her 100th year. Eluned was the beloved wife of the late John Stuart McNair (March 30, 1972) and will be sadly missed by her daughter Myra Henry and her husband Bill of Goderich. Dear grandmother of Jana and Kalen Carroll of Goderich, Michael Henry and Jessica Killan of Vancouver and Jodie Henry and Jake Fischer of St. Thomas. Beloved great grandmother to Kesler Carroll. Also loved by her brother Ivor and Dulcie Williams of London. Predeceased by her brother Maldwyn and parents William and Annie Williams. Friends will be received by the family from 12 PM till time of the funeral service being conducted at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home on Monday, June 23 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Elwin Garland of Melville Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Melville Presbyterian Church, the Huronlea Auxiliary or the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals would be appreciated by the family.
