Christopher Jacobson

Christopher L. Jacobson of Guelph, and formerly of Fordwich, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, October 9th, 2010 at the age of 36 after a lifelong struggle with Cystic Fibrosis. Chris was the beloved husband of Sheila Galvan and will be sadly missed by his parents Gary and Pat Jacobson of Fordwich; his sisters Kim and her daughter Bryn of Kitchener and Shelley of London and his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dyke of Port Colborne and Dorothy Jacobson of Clifford. Also remembered fondly by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 1 to 4 PM Saturday, October 16 to remember Chris from the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. Interment of Chris's ashes will take place at Fordwich Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis.
