Bert Struyk

Bert Struyk went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 1st, 2008. He was born on April 14th, 1946 in the Netherlands, the youngest of 11 children. Left to mourn are his beloved wife Effie of Gorrie and his dear children Sandra and Rob Jacklin of Listowel, Patrick of Vancouver, Lily and Bruce Verhulp of Gowanstown, Kathy and Bruce Nethercott of Walkerton, Mike and Jessica of Gorrie, Paul of Wiarton and Julie of Gorrie. Also loved by his 10 adorable grandchildren. Visitation 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Wednesday from Gorrie Bible Fellowship. The funeral service will be held from Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church, 1204 Tremaine Avenue South, Listowel on Thursday, December 4th at 11:30 AM. Spring interment at Gorrie Cemetery.
