Fritz: Barbara Ann nee Turnbull

After a courageous battle with cancer, Barb passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on August 3rd, 2017 in her 72nd year.

Loving wife to Jim for 51 years. Adoring mom to Tim Fritz, Kim & Ron Strome, Steve Fritz, Greg & Jill Fritz. Grandmother to Emma, Dan, Sarah, Darian, Dustin, Abby, Luke, Raelyn, Meg, Ava and Nate. Survived by sister Marion Uhler and sisters and brothers-in-law Marjorie Brown, Donald and Marie Fritz, Bryon and Richard Fritz. Especially missed by friend Dianne.

Predeceased by her parents Bill & Marie Turnbull, sister Shirley Turnbull, brothers-in-law Doug Brown, Ron Uhler and sisters-in-law Marilyn Fritz and Jeannine Robillard.

Barb loved and was eternally devoted to her family, farming and creating a nurturing environment for everyone she knew and loved. 

So god made a Farmer.

There will be a private family visitation on Sunday. Friends and Family will be received at Brussels United Church at 1 p.m. on Monday August 7th for the Funeral Service. Interment at Brussels Cemetery. Reception to follow at the BMG Community Centre. In lieu of flowers donations to the Terry Fox Foundation, The Canadian Diabetes Association or Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be appreciated. Condolences may be left at www.riversidefuneralhome.ca
