Anna Bell

Anna Kathleen (Toner) Bell of Gorrie passed away Sunday, April 16th, 2006 at Wingham & District Hospital. Born in Wingham on April 5th, 1932 , Anna was in her 75th year. Beloved wife of Max. Dear mother of Marilyn Carswell and her husband Bill of St. Clements and Lorne Bell and his wife Jane of Gorrie. Loving grandmother to Kendra, Stacey, Andrea, Michael and his friend Amy Ross and Jeffrey and his friend Meghan Robb. Dear sister of Marion Ross and husband Wilmer of Cambridge, Ruth Nay and husband Bill of Gorrie, and Dorothy Harrison and husband Peter of Harriston. Dear sister-in-law to Irene Dinsmore of Howick Township, Harold and Betty Bell of Turnberry Township and Winnifred Ross of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents Irving and Alba Toner, sister Marjorie and brothers-in-law Tom McPherson, Carl Dinsmore and Jack Ross. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday from the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. The funeral will be conducted from Gorrie United Church on Wednesday, April 19th at 2:00 PM with Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Burial in Gorrie Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Gorrie United Church or to Oncology Services of Wingham & District Hospital.
