Alma Watson

Alma Loreene (Galbraith) Watson of Brussels passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 20th, 2015 at Huronlea Home for the Aged. Born in Howick Township on December 13th, 1918, Alma was in her 97th year. Alma was the beloved wife of the late Carson Watson (January 9, 2001) and will be sadly missed by her children Ralph and Betty Watson of Brussels, John and Wendy Watson of Kitchener and Mary and Vern Heise of Listowel. Alma was also loved by her 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, the Graber grandchildren and her brother in law Moe Burwell of Colorado. Predeceased by her brothers Howard, Ward and Ken and sisters Nell and Geane. Cremation has taken place with Alma's cremated remains to be interred in Wroxeter Cemetery. A Celebration of Alma's Life will be conducted from Brussels United Church on Monday, October 26th at 11:00 am with Reverend Gary Clark officiating. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Brussels United Church or the Huron-Perth Children's Aid Society would be appreciated by the family.
