Allan Nichol of Brussels passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Wingham & District Hospital. Born in Morris Township on June 8, 1930, Allan was in his 80th year.
Beloved husband of Elaine (Kernaghan) Nichol. Dear father of Murray Nichol of Georgetown and Kevin Nichol and his wife Darlene of Tottenham. Loving grandpa of Melissa, Angela, Michelle, and Amanda. Also loved by his brothers Ken and Stuart and his sister Marjorie Wray.
Predeceased by his brothers Gordon and his wife Ginger, Glenn and his wife Mary, his sisters Mildred, Dorothy and Eleanore McCullough and her husband Elwood, and his brother in law Bill Wray.
At Allan's request cremation has taken place.
Friends are invited to a graveside celebration of Allan's life at Brussels Cemetery on Saturday, November 21 at 10:30 AM.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Brussels Legion No. 218 RCL or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation.
