Alice Stiles

Alice Llewellyn Stiles, formerly of Toronto, passed away peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital, on Sunday, September 3rd , 2006. Alice was predeceased by her parents, William and Sarah Stiles, 2 sisters Louise Easter (Bill) and Annie Speirs, 4 brothers: Dr. William �Buster� Stiles (Edith), Joseph Stiles (Peg), Allan Stiles, Kennieth �Mac� Stiles (Muriel). Left to cherish her memory are 2 sisters: Dorothy McMichan and husband George, Barbara Rumble and husband Jim and 5 brothers: Stewart Stiles and wife Joan, John Stiles and wife Donna, Gordon Stiles and wife Jean, Fred Stiles and wife Shirley and Junior Stiles and wife Ruth, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Alice was born in Brussels, Ontario, Huron County on August 15th, 1923. Alice lived and worked in Toronto for fifty years. Alice was an avid golfer and loved to travel by bus and air to many destinations. Over her lifetime, Alice made many good friends with her helpful, caring ways. Alice moved back to Brussels for a few years and then on to Seaforth Manor where she was cared for lovingly until she moved to the Seaforth Hospital. Thank you to Seaforth Hospital for making Alice�s final days as comfortable as possible. Friends may call at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home 2 hours prior to the funeral service being conducted at 2 PM on Thursday, September 7th. Burial in Brussels Cemetery.
